     At Bullybats, we strive to be perfect.  We know that flaws in the fundamentals will eventually come back to haunt a player as they continue to move up in levels of competetion.  Our Philosophy is simple.  A Player has 3 characteristics when they come to us, Ability, Desire, and Technique. We can't teach ability and we can't teach desire, but we can teach technique. A player is born with a certain level of ability and each players ability level is different. Our goal is to help our players get the most out of the ability they have been given.  A Player comes to us with a certain amount of desire to compete and push themselves.  While a player will see the passion, desire and work ethic from our instructors and other players, ultimately they have to have the desire for the game and the desire to work hard and compete.  A player has a current technique, good or bad, that determines the majority of their results.  Those results determine the players confidence level.  If their results are poor, their confidence level is low.  As a players technique gets better, their confidence level increases and thus their results increase.  Its a simple formula we believe in at BullyBats.
